Badminton 羽毛球
Badminton is a popular sport in Chinese community. It requires sharp accurate movements of the body and the mind. It improves both your reaction speed and your fitness. At the centre we offer a badminton club which is base at the Trinity Sport Centre. You can socialize and meet other players as well as play in tournaments with other clubs.

Keep Fit Class 成年人保健
The keep fit class was especially established for the over 50’s+ club funded by Comic Relief, one of the popular practices are the gentle Mulan sword or Mulan Fan exercises, that entail calm and relaxing motions. This releases the tension that accumulates in our bodies from life’s everyday stresses. This exercise builds resilience in the body for the future.

Tai Chi 太極
Tai chi is a gentler form of martial art that includes graceful, rhythmic and controlled movements that strengthens the body, mind and soul and develops your consciousness. This has been passed down from generation to generation for an estimated 5000-6000 years. It’s primary philosophy of balancing harmony or Ying and Yang, which provides the basis of many of its movements, originates from Taoism, an ancient Chinese religion.

Kung Fu 武術
Kung Fu is the name of the traditional Chinese Martial art. It combines strength, agility, power and co-ordination of different body parts and improves general fitness as well as self discipline. Over the years this has become increasingly popular in the West due to actors such as Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee. Many of the movements relate to specific animal’s movement and postures especially during an attack.
