Our document translation and community interpreting service has also provided a wealth of knowledge regarding website construction to many local businesses; this is another achievement we are immensely proud of.
Over the past two years our centre has ran an extremely successful interpreting course. This program has offered many students the opportunity to gain qualifications in professional interpreting. During the last two years we have seen one hundred and twenty two interpreters gain qualifications who have gone on to work across the North West providing essential support to numerous organisations. We also provide a community interpreting service which provides interpreters to Manchester’s Chinese community, the NHS and Manchester’s education sector. Through this service we have established a close relationship with the local community gaining a greater understanding of their needs, allowing us to tailor our courses precisely.
We also offer provide services to local businesses such as document translation and meeting room rentals. We have in operation a business support centre which offers valuable support to those who wish to start their own business. We provide guidance through legal proceedings as well as workshops to generate general management ideas.
